De media hebben zich er op gestort. Niels Grote Beverborg uit Hengelo kan studie medicijnen vergeten omdat op brief geen postzegels zouden zijn geplakt.

Een treurig verhaal
Natuurlijk in de allereerste plaats omdat Niels een mogelijke kans voor de neus voorbij ziet gaan om in Groningen Geneeskunde te gaan studeren. Daarbij spreekt het deze auteur aan dat Niels het voornemen heeft om internist te worden. Uit ervaring weet ik dat dat een prachtig vak is. Bovendien wordt bij voorbaat kennelijk uitgegaan van kwade trouw. De Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs heeft kennelijk de zaken bij de voordeur niet helemaal op orde. De website vermeldt overigens wel 12 Postbusadressen voor allerlei doeleinden. Daar zal ook nog wel eens iets verkeerd worden afgeleverd? Men heeft kennelijk een belangrijk stuk (dat toch herkenbaar moet zijn als zodanig) geretourneerd, maar dat niet gedocumenteerd? Tenslotte heb ik onlangs geattendeerd op de de problemen rond postzegels. Was het niet zo dat in het verleden de mogelijkheid werd geboden om portokosten alsnog te voldoen?
